An electronic intake packet will be e-mailed to you to be filled out through the secure online client portal. Complete this at least 24 hours before your first appointment. If you have limited access to the internet or have difficulties using the internet, you may complete the intake paperwork at the time of your appointment.
On the day of your appointment, you can expect to park in the spacious parking lot. Walk through the main entrance of the yellow building and go up the flight of stairs. Suite 3 is located on the second floor, door is on the right. Please note the office is not handicapped accessible.

The first appointment will take between 60 to 90 minutes. During the intake, an evaluation of your current needs, recent history, and early history will be completed. You should also be evaluating your own comfort level of working with your clinician. If you both decide it is a good fit and would like to continue with therapy, you will collaborate on treatment plan goals and schedule follow-up appointments.
